'LOVE & SEPARATION'

Iraqi Dust Storm 1, originally uploaded by fboosman.

My secret diary is full of tears,
which you've been giving to me since last year!

This memoir of sobs is not going to end, as long as the separation continues,
It is like a wineglass being filled continuously for 500 years - and is still empty.

This night will silently shed into some next night,
secretly stepping so into the holy secrets of heavens!

What really matters is how you take it?

"J"
( Geem / "ج" )

Once upon a time, a king imprisoned a mystic saint. The cell was so much small that the saint could not even stand straight and had always to be in a little prostrate position. His three disciples were always waiting out the other side of wall of the cell in order to receive some message or order to come from the wall closet. A stone was cast out of wall hallow and it fell outside on the ground. The tree men picked it and found only one alphabet "J" written on it.
The three people further interpreted it and took their own three separate meanings according to their own prudence.
According to the first man's interpretation: he took "J" for "Jila Watan" (in Persian means: Migration) , So later on he moved to the other country for preaching.
The second man took "J" as "Jabal". (in Arabic  means: Mountain). So, he went on the mountain and adopted asceticism.
But the third man took a very separate meaning. He took "J" for "Junoon" (in Persian means: Extreme Passion and madness). So he inflicted a self-imposed infatuation upon himself and became a mad.

Don't Break Hearts

Once Bulleh Shah, the Sufi Sheikh of Qadri Shatari hierarchy was giving a sermon over fasting while he too was fasting himself. During the sermen, a devout woman came whose prayer was accepted and she had brought along with her some sweets to offer him out of celebration at her happiness. She was so much happy that she wished him to eat and he ate it hence dissolving his fast. Someone inquired him reasons about dissolving the fast, he replied that he did this to save her heart from breaking.

مسجد ڈھادے، مندر ڈھادے، ڈھادے جے کُجھ ڈھیندا اے
اِک بندے دا دل نا ڈھاویں، رب دِلاں وچ رہیندا اے
(?)
Masjid Dhhaa dey, mandar Dhhaa dey, Dhaa dey j kuj Dheynda e
ik bandey daa, dil naa DhaaweiN Rab dilaaN wich rahenda e

Demolish mosque, demolish temple, demolish whatever you can
Don't break heart of a man, God lives within hearts

Do the right love.. O' heartbrokens

Give your heart to the Real One who does worth of it

Don't give it to ones who don't deserve it!

Follows You

sky of blue, sea of green, originally uploaded by shadyezz.

He was saying:
"He follows you..
The One whom you love..

The Lord of the beautifuls seduced the humanity
and then hid himself behind somewhere which nobody knows

Flirting with the crying hearts
and playing the game of hiding and appearing"

Sheikh cried:
"No! don't say so! For The Truth (The True One) who always kept himself hiding behind your back.. but never withdrew from your back ! "

Love and Pain of Separation

Worse

There was a man who wished to have a wife. He started searching and after a little time he got successful in finding a woman. And the married each other.

After a short passage of time, the man had realised that his wife was ugly and aged. Although the conscious wife tried to make him understand that ugliness or age difference used to be nothing if there was existing true love between them. She had quoted the example of women who utterly love their defaced husbands who kept love & care for their wives.

But the man was gradually getting numb with the idea that truly beautiful love story always spring up between a same age youth couple. The grave age difference of 10 years lurked before his eyes so much that he felt his life to be poisonous and filled with pain & ugliness.

He made up his mind. Now there was left no way but leave. So, they separated from each other.

The man started his search again. And this time, he got a girl who was even some years younger than him. He was so much happy and sentimental that he could not sleep for many nights.

The girl was normally beautiful, but still lying in lower ranks of beauty. The impetuous man expressed about his love before her. The girl was conscious about her profile and present state. She told him sincerely : " I don't think myself to be beautiful. Are you sure in taking first step. "

The man had been carried away into this find. He has passed many days & nights in uneasiness and cravings. He could not bear wait any longer. He put his heart before her. And she had no way but believe in this. She accepted. And they wed together.

With the passage of some time, he came across on his way another girl who was splendidly beautiful. A most exquisitely refined masterpiece.

And now he started thinking again and his life getting worse!

He sang a song:

" Sorry for disturbing you this late hour of night,
But I am feeling now some strange but strong emotions.
A good pain in deep chest.

I don't know why but I want to weep now.
Maybe it will help to make light my heart.

Why air is fresh and wet now..
and it is kissing on forehead and eyes and face and front of chest!
Why eyes drenched in strange mystic water or tears
Why everything is feeling sweet & strange..
Why mist fragrance in air..

Maybe it would last forever..

This is not a poem, but some mixed feelings of a seeker..
Goodnight again "

A donkey met the man and asked him:
"Will you marry her ?
The man replied:
"It is not clear before me what shall I like or prefer to do in the future."
donkey said:
"is it a deceit with her? There is not deceit in love."
man replied:
"I also know this. But for the time being I have no way but love!"
donkey said:
"What have you said her?"
man replied:
" I have tried to satisfy her heart by quoting her a famous Chinese sentence that: It is not necessarily certain in fate that he who loves you the most will becomeyour husband in future, and it is also not certain that your future husbandwould be your true lover - they will be wed-bound with each other but with noattention for love which they are missing. So, if we may not be united inthis life, We will certainly in next incarnation! "

He stopped and took a long gasp and again said:
" But I even don't believe in the doctrine of Incarnation myself because of my specific religion. "
After saying this, the man started laughing lightlywith the air of hapless sorrow. Perhaps he was laughing at himself or his fate.

The donkey added a sentnce to man's talk:
"As an atheist, maybe she also might not have a belief in the Incarnation."

The talk ended. Both of their faces were looking content now.

The master said:
" Love!, carry on loving. "

The man had some pigments of Sufism in his heart also. That's why he was disciple of a Sheikh the Sufi master.

the man said by singing:

" In the past, I loved the God,
but I forgot His Love again and again.
I forgot even the essence of Love,
and many times my heart numbed to be dead.

But whenever the love entered into my life,
as my past worldly love experiences:
whether answered orunrequited,
it always shook my heart to perceive the Real Love
and reminded me of The Real One,
So I loved,
to remove the darkness of my heart and the world.
I offer love and seek love,
and make every heart happy
This was my fulfillment. "

A debaucher met him and said:
" I know that future of your relationship with her is quite obscure. Maybeyou may not be united. What for is this friendship? Are youwith her only to sleep with ? "

The man replied:
" No . I love her. I need her love only ! "
debaucher laughed:
" What is this! Makes no logic. "
The man sung his answer:
" I am a true goblet
not to be filled with the mere waters of meanness
And I,.. This empty goblet is darting around in the thrist for,
to be brimmed only with the true wine of love ! "
